Rates

• Not refundable rate: payment of the total amount at the moment of the reservation. In case of cancellation, no refund is provided, but you can ask for a voucher to use the amount paid for a next stay with the expire date.
• Refundable rate: A credit card on guaranthy is required at the moment of the reservation. The hotel could make a preauthorization in any time after the confirmation to verify the validity of the card and the availability of funds. The total amount of the booking is to be paid within 7 days prior arrival (per stay in August the free cancellation is until 10 days prior arrival). For payment by bank transfer we kindly ask you to send the copy of the payment by email to confirm the reservation.

All rates are Net hotel, VAT included.

• Minimum stay 7 nights: for weekly stay you can book the rate with a special 15% discount.
• Minimum stay 3 nights: for weekly stay you can book the rate with a special 12% discount.

City tax

The city tax is to be paid at the check out and it costs € 4,00 per person per night for a maximum of 10 nights. Are exempt from the payment of the city tax: 

• children up to 12 years of age
• residents people in Taormina
• drivers and tourist guides for groups of minimum 25 people who stay in the same hotel

The reception and lobby bar are open 24 hours.

The continental buffet breakfast is available from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.

The pool and its dedicated bar service are open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, from May to October.

On the panoramic pool terrace, you can enjoy a traditional light lunch from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
